Key Responsibilities

Deliver strategic CX insights and analysis for the Enterprise & Public Sector segment
Prioritize CX business priorities to drive critical value in partnership with segment leaders
Drive operational excellence to address and resolve segment CX issues


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field AND 10+ years of experience in related areas
OR equivalent experience
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree AND 15+ years of experience in related areas
OR Master's Degree AND 12+ years of experience in related areas
OR equivalent experience
