Job Description:
A company is looking for a Support Specialist - Bilingual
Arabic.
Key Responsibilities
Take inbound calls from customers or restaurants and make outbound
calls for follow-ups
Manage incoming tickets generated from email or text via CRM and
return calls for voicemails
Facilitate accurate correspondence between the restaurant and
customers while performing minor troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
Minimum education of a high school diploma or equivalent
Fluency in English and Arabic
Availability for evening and weekend shifts
Call center experience is a plus
Self-directed and self-motivated
