Job Description:
A company is looking for an Onboarding and Support Specialist to
manage employer onboarding and provide support to users.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employer accounts
and ensure a seamless launch experience
Assist in Tier 1 support by answering common questions and
escalating complex issues as needed
Develop and implement process improvements and resources to enhance
onboarding and support operations
Required Qualifications
Completion of the Disability Management Employer Coalition's (DMEC)
certification within the first 3 months
Experience in customer support or onboarding roles
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
Strong understanding of leave policies and employer resources
Proven ability to build trust and relationships with clients
