Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Specialist to
manage operations for Enterprise Sales and Affordable Access
Programs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with outside bookstore partners and respond to
customer inquiries
Build and maintain customized tracking worksheets for accounts,
ensuring accurate pricing and product specifications
Perform root cause analysis on account issues and facilitate
solutions while maintaining product and pricing updates
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience as a Sales Support Specialist or
Implementation Consultant preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred, with a general understanding of the
Higher Education market
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management
skills
Experience managing large amounts of data associated with
Enterprise Sales
Ability to understand the impact of margins on product pricing
