A company is looking for a Trauma Registrar II to work remotely
in the USA.
Key Responsibilities
Extracts data from medical records for trauma registry entry
according to regulatory guidelines
Assigns diagnosis and procedure codes following ICD-10 CM/PCS and
AAAM AIS coding standards
Maintains the trauma registry and meets productivity standards
while staying updated on coding conventions
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED
2+ years of experience in a relevant field
Completion of an ICD-10 course within the past 5 years
Completion of a Trauma Registry Course and AAAM AIS Course
Preferred certifications include CAISS and/or CSTR
