Knowledge Management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the scoping, technical requirements, architecture, and
implementation of new features in Contentstack CMS
Analyze data to improve content authoring and delivery
experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design AI-powered
support products
Required Qualifications
9+ years of industry engineering or systems integration
experience
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science or a related
field
Proficiency in full stack engineering, including Java, Python, and
TypeScript
Experience in building and maintaining custom content authoring
tools in Contentstack CMS
Expertise in large-scale data analysis and reporting
