A company is looking for a Compliance Senior Associate -
Corporate Governance & Strategic Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Corporate Governance Director in improving compliance
governance processes and managing corporate governance data
Prepare materials and manage logistics for Board and Executive
meetings, collaborating with senior leaders across functions
Assist the Strategic Planning & Operations Director with project
management, operational support, and resource tracking
Required Qualifications
Master's degree, or
Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or
Associate's degree with 6 years of relevant experience, or
High school diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
