Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies for key

Craft outreach messaging to engage passive talent and communicate

Utilize various sourcing techniques to build a diverse pipeline of
qualified candidates
Required Qualifications
Deeply motivated by the mission to transform computer science
education
3+ years of sourcing experience in a fast-paced start-up
environment
Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem
Ability to learn basic technical fundamentals of the positions
being hired for
Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and
candidates
