Job Description:
A company is looking for a People & Culture Generalist.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for employees, providing
guidance on HR policies
Manage the onboarding process and conduct check-ins to assess new
hire satisfaction
Support talent acquisition initiatives, including sourcing and
candidate experience
Required Qualifications:
1-3 years of professional experience in HR, specifically in People
Operations or talent acquisition
Experience with people operations technologies and proficiency with
Google applications
Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently and
remotely
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and
maintain confidentiality
Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve
issues effectively
