Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of People Systems to lead their
People Systems team and develop technology strategies that support
HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments of current People Systems and technology
landscape
Create and implement a comprehensive technology strategy for People
Systems
Lead and mentor the People Systems team, fostering a culture of
innovation
Required Qualifications
10-15+ years of experience in HR systems, preferably in a shared
services environment
Deep understanding of Workday configuration and proven track record
of managing Workday HCM modules
5-10 years of experience leading and mentoring technical teams in a
People Systems context
Experience in developing and executing technology strategies
aligned with organizational goals
Strong technical skills in system integrations and vendor
management
