Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loan Boarding SME responsible for
supporting servicing activity within mortgage servicing areas
during MSP mortgage servicing system conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and approve requests for boarding and funding, ensuring
completeness and accuracy
Set up loan accounts, maintain guarantor records, and process
payments and payoffs
Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and accurately manage
loan funding processes
Qualifications:
5 years of Mortgage Servicing experience in Loan Boarding working
on MSP
Prior experience with MSP Mortgage Servicing System conversion
preferred
Extensive knowledge of Loan Boarding regulations and investor
rules
Proven ability to support Loan Boarding operations effectively
during system conversion
