Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist
clients with practice management software.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to current clients by understanding their needs and
resolving inquiries
Coordinate and implement product usage while offering
troubleshooting support
Maintain strong customer relationships and report findings on
client issues
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
1 to 3 years of customer service experience
Highly computer literate
Preferred: 2+ years of remote customer support experience
Preferred: Experience in optical services, EMR/EHR, or electronic
claim filing
