• BLS - Basic Life Support
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support
• Tech Cert Verification - National
• HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement
• Acknowledgement of PassFail Testing
• State License 1 Verification
• NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
• IV Certification (LVN/LPN/Other)
• Pass/Fail Testing (EKG/Medication)
• Dysrhythmia/EKG Competency Exam
  • Job Details
  • 10 hr nights (10p-8:30a) or (8p-6:30a) depending on FT staffing requests
  • Every 3rd weekend rotation
  • On-call is required, consisting of signing up for 2 shifts per 2-week pay period to be available for staffing call outs.
    • Job Requirements
    • Required Drivers License/State ID
    • Primary Source Verification required within 30 days of start
    • NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) is required
    • State License 1 Verification is required
    • IV Certification (LVN/LPN/Other) required for LPNs in MO or accepted by MO
      • Schedule Information
      • 10 hr nights (10p-8:30a) or (8p-6:30a) depending on FT staffing requests

        • P/F Advanced Dysrhythmia required prior to start for RNs in specific units.
