Job Description:

City Lifestyle is looking for an experienced and results driven Senior Marketing Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the overall company's marketing strategy. This includes marketing for the recruitment of highly qualified franchisees, the development of our new digital ads strategy for our current print customers, and continuing to build out our overall CL brand on a national scale. A well organized, detail oriented individual with a proven ability to initiate activity and see projects through to a timely completion would succeed in this full-time, in-office role based in Kansas City, MO.
Primary Responsibilities

• Work with our recruiting team to enhance our marketing program to find great, qualified candidates for future publications.
• Improve our volume of candidates signing / month while reducing our overall cost / candidate.
• Lead in the vision, planning and execution of our brand and assets to support the growth of our existing franchisees.
• Help to brand our national presence for national campaigns.
• Helping to continue building the overall City Lifestyle (CL) brand at a national level
• Oversee the planning, team and systems development needed to support the efforts noted above.
  This individual should possess the following skills/traits:
  • Knowing the vision of our company, build the strategy and plan of execution for the marketing team.
  • Ensure the marketing team is accountable for what they are responsible for.
  • The desire to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to growth within our rapidly expanding company. Self-induced initiative is greatly desired.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Open to constructive criticism.
    Job Requirements:
    • 10 + years experience in a successful marketing career via driving business growth via teams.
    • Proven ability to create and build a brand for a company.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Digital experience is preferred but not required.
