We are working with an -ag equipment company -to help them find a -Branch Manager -for one of their locations in the Hastings, Nebraska area. -The ideal candidate will be working either in Ag Sales or as a Branch Manager of an ag equipment store. Candidates who are working in Sales or as Branch Manager of a heavy equipment company will also be considered.The Branch Manager will drive the store's success, so we are looking for just the right candidate to fill this role.Ag Equipment Branch Manager Responsibilities:

• Drive quality and excellent customer service.
• Staff and manage store employees.
• Drive profitability and growth.
• Develop store policies and procedures.Ag Equipment Branch Manager Qualifications:
  • A business degree is preferred.
  • Management experience required.
  • Previous ag equipment dealership management and experience preferred.
  • Excellent team building and leading experience.
  • Customer centered focus.
