Shift: 6pm-6am

Your Role:

Provide compassionate care by monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities.
Keep accurate records and communicate with residents, families, and the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Be the friendly face our residents need, offering comfort and support to them and their families.

What We're Looking For:

Valid LPN license in Missouri
CPR/BLS certification
Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are a must!
